Please note that when an order is placed on the Showcase website, your credit card will be verified and immediately charged for the full amount of your order. This also applies to items that are listed as pre-order. Please note that if your billing and shipping addresses differ for an order, your billing address must be on file with your banking institution.
In the event that Showcase is unable to fulfill your order, any remaining items will be cancelled and the charges will be fully refunded for items that have not been shipped to you. Any refunds will be issued to the same card that was used when placing the order. This also applies to any orders where cancellation is requested by a customer. Please allow for up to 48 business hours for any refunds to be reflected upon your card after cancellation.
Showcase processes and ships items Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day.
We do not process or ship orders on the following Canadian holidays: New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Products that are listed as pre-order on our site are presently unavailable for shipment from our warehouse while we await replenishment from our suppliers. In most cases, pre-ordered products will be available for shipment between 1-3 weeks, unless another date is specified.
Once we receive replenishment from our suppliers, our pre-orders are fulfilled first. If you would like to reserve a pre-order to guarantee that your shipment is fulfilled first, please complete your purchase as usual. When your order is shipped, you will be sent another email indicating shipment confirmation.
Handling Fees For Pre-Orders
Please note that when placing an order that contains both pre-order and in-stock items, you will be given multiple shipping options. You may choose to wait and receive all items in one shipment. In this case standard shipping rates will apply.
If you opt to receive your items across multiple shipments, you will be charged based on our standard shipping rates along with a handling fee for each subsequent pre-order item that is awaiting shipment.
The handling fee for each pre-order item, shipping with standard service rates is $4.99 US. Handling fee for each pre-order item shipping with express service rates is $6.99 US.
Showcase uses FedEx and USPS for both standard and express deliveries. Please note that FedEx and USPS may not deliver on weekends in some areas. Please note that for rural deliveries, FedEx may subcontract to affiliate carriers. If your tracking information is incomplete on the FedEx website, please contact their customer care department, along with your tracking number, for additional tracking information.

All orders will be taxable according to the state's tax codes of the address to which they are delivered.
If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as a milk box, porch, garage or security desk. Otherwise, they'll leave a delivery notice indicating where you can pick up your package – typically at your local FedEx distribution centre. Please note, if you missed a delivery, you can contact FedEx at: 1 (800) 463-3339 to arrange to have your delivery rescheduled.
Do You Deliver To PO Boxes, APOs Or FPO’s?
Unfortunately, oversized or large items are not eligible to be shipped to a PO Box or to APOs or FPOs. If the size of the product cannot fit into a standard mailbox, then it cannot be shipped or mailed to a PO Box or to an APO or an FPO.
Currently Showcase US only ships to the United States.
Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Showcase will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
Delivery On Statutory Holidays
Statutory Holidays: Our shipping service does not make deliveries on Canadian Statutory Holidays. Express shipments scheduled for delivery on a Canadian Statutory Holiday will be delivered on the following day. Click here for the full list of Canadian Statutory Holidays.
A tracking number is provided via email at the time your package ships. Please note that items that cannot be delivered may be returned to a service depot for pickup. We strongly encourage our customers to track their order online to ensure that it is successfully received.
